چکیده
Pump-probe-based Photoacoustic imaging is an innovative technique for high-specificity molecular in deep tissues. In comparison to conventional photoacoustic imaging, this method effectively eliminates the interference from blood and other background signals, enabling detection of subtle target molecules. Additionally, by manipulating time delay between pump probe lasers, it facilitates non-invasive mapping oxygen partial pressure distribution within To quantify pump-probe we employed methylene blue as monitor changes a hemoglobin solution. Utilizing Gaussian noise model, investigated relationship stability triplet-state difference signal average number, also evaluated error associated with measuring pressure. The results demonstrated that under condition 200 averages, system achieved accuracy superior 33 mmHg range approximately 300 550 mmHg. This research will play significant role guiding further advancement application pump-probe-based technology.

In vivo integrated photoacoustic and confocal microscopy of hemoglobin oxygen saturation and oxygen partial pressure.
We developed dual-modality microscope integrating photoacoustic microscopy (PAM) and fluorescence confocal microscopy (FCM) to noninvasively image hemoglobin oxygen saturation (sO₂) and oxygen partial pressure (pO₂) in vivo in single blood vessels with high spatial resolution. While PAM measures sO₂ by imaging hemoglobin optical absorption at two wavelengths, FCM quantifies pO₂ using phosphores...
متن کاملNon-invasive measurement of the superficial cortical oxygen partial pressure.
We present a non invasive fluorescein based method to measure and visualise the partial oxygen pressure of the rat cortex in a 2D picture. We studied 10 Wistar rats. A trepanation was done over the hemisphere and the dura was opened. A PMMA cylinder with a calibrated optical membrane was fixed over the surface of the brain. The CCD camera with the light source is placed over the cylinder. This ...
متن کاملDirect measurement of oxygen partial pressure in a flying bumblebee.
The gas transport system of a bumblebee was investigated by measuring the oxygen partial pressure P(O(2)) in the wing muscle. In the resting bee, P(O(2)) showed a regular pattern of fluctuation with a typical period of 70-120s. Fluctuations in muscular P(O(2)) were associated with intermittent abdominal pumping. Ventilation by abdominal movements may not be necessary during rest because P(O(2))...
متن کاملA miniature all-optical photoacoustic imaging probe
A miniature (250 μm outer diameter) photoacoustic probe for endoscopic applications has been developed. It comprises a single delivery optical fibre with a transparent Fabry Perot (FP) ultrasound sensor at its distal end. The fabrication of the sensor was achieved by depositing a thin film multilayer structure comprising a polymer spacer sandwiched between a pair of dichroic dielectric mirrors ...

PURPOSE To develop a magnetic resonance (MR) imaging approach to noninvasively image quantitative Po(2) in the human vitreous. MATERIALS AND METHODS Human studies were approved by the institutional review board with informed consent obtained from all subjects and were HIPAA compliant. Animal studies were performed with animal care committee approval. An MR imaging method to measure the longit...
